Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Discuss Broker Dealer Compliance?

General discussions of a financial company
Everyone knows Financial Commission (financialcommission.org) and Broker Dealer Compliance are online complaint-resolution portals and not the FCA or CySEC.
They don't claim to be though and clearly serve a beneficial purpose. Other users on this forum have spoken positively of BDC, and I've seen both around for quite a few years.

And if you are such a professional in the industry, why did you join just to post this on their two threads, and have the username "freemoney".

Very suspicious.

@downtrend

There is quite a big difference between finacialcommission.org and brokerdealercompliance.org.
Financial Commission provides a proper real address and a support telephone line.
They also provide facebook / twitter / linkedin social media.
While for brokerdealercompliance.org there is only a email-address listed .
They have a facebook / twitter / linkedin socialmedia symbol, but it's not properly linked.

The financialcommission.org team (board of directors) is listed on the webpage with a lot of information.
https://financialcommission.org/about/financial-commission-leadership/
You can google each member of the board of directors and you will get
confirmation about their accomplishments from other indipendent websites.
As comparison, this is completely different from i2investments.com
where you can't find any information in the internet about any of the five key members.
And as of BDC, there is nothing about the team "comprised of former SEC, FINRA, FSA, NYSE, NFA, and state regulators", nada.

As with the other three websites conected to i2investments ( bestfinancedirectory.com / 24hrfinance.com / dubaifinanceguide.com)
the brokerdealercompliance.org webpage is a rather sloppy and poorly made with very little content on less than 10 sub-pages.
And very like the other three websites above, even that little content has been stolen and slightly altered from other financial webpages.

Original website
http://www.acacompliancegroup.com/about
Copied website by BDC
http://brokerdealercompliance.org/what-we-do/

Original website
https://financialcommission.org/resolving-a-dispute/dispute-resolution-process/
Copied website by BDC
http://brokerdealercompliance.org/issue-resolutions/

And there are many more odd things about BrokerDealerCompliance that should put any careful investor on yellow alert!

-_- , the website layout is exactly the same as I2investment lol. Any web designer can see through with 1 look, bc of the dimension and layout.

it's clear cut, a scam job to give them credibility and there's no such thing.

The real regulators are likely related to monetary and finance department of the local country and not some shady and weird websites.

BDC is fake because it did not state the real company identity and authority behind it.
