    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Citrades problems returning my cash

In june 2015, I opened an account and accepted to take 'insured trades'. I stressed to the contact that I would not accept any bonus of which they agreed.

We agreed to a 12 week trial so I could see how they traded, after only making a handful of trades over the 12 week trial I asked to stop trading and return my cash. (approximately 09/15)

The original contact agreed to do this (I have email proof), however since that time i have been passed to 2 other account managers who whilst they once agreed to return my cash, now state that since i have bonuses applied i cant withdraw my cash!

My original account manager no longer responds to the emails or calls that I have been making to him.

The one that made the original agreement is John Goldberg, however I have been passed to daniel henson and now Mark preston.
 
I deposited by credit card in June 2015

Its too late to claim Via CC department, But now you need to talk with them again and tell them that you have created thread here and you will publicly share your account manage name and Number if they didnt respond you with solution.
 
It may or may not be too late. Time limits on chargebacks vary by country. Contact the fraud department of your issuing bank immediately.
