I wanted to withdraw some of my profit from this platform through the website and I couldn't.

I spoke to the customer support line on December 21, 2023 (I saved this text conversation, and I will send you upon your request) to protest against this situation and they told me that the named "Account" would contact me.... until today nothing happens.

Interestingly, today I went to check my account balance and on the same day (December 21st), they closed my positions and I have a loss of €389,82 €.

They don't have a customer support phone line and the last time I try to contact the "Account" was at Olast Octcober 16th. In the meantime this contact phone "disappeared" or maybe I was simply blocked!!!

Apart from that amount (€389,82), I am owed another €64.54 that I currently have on my balance sheet.

€250 a few months ago, however the Account called me several times in order to reinforece that investment, but, fortunately, I hadn't more money available...

Avoid sending them any more money. Be glad you found out about FPA before you deposited money into something you may not fully understand.

A few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care ASAP and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).
