Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

the website is missing business registration number, perhaps you are dealing with individual person, but scammer can use stolen identity, create a fake e-payment/paypal account, register as seller at https://gumroad.com/ (this is method to receive payment), once scammer received money, either transfer to another seller/other acc or spending it for actual goods, etc

when you enter your creditcards details on such illegitimate website, probably your details is stolen too

No this guy is 'legit'. He uses CCBILLS.com for payment processing, his name actually is Andrew Tate

Did you pay VAT with your membership? I noticed (some time ago) that Tate is selling products from Romania, but does not collect VAT. Maybe he's got a business registered to a PO Box in Ukraine, but that would definitely have raised questions.

Regarding the Forex product, I found the offer compelling, but ultimately flawed:

1) He claimed to have $9m of capital available to invest. I'd assert he (with his brother) has around $2m available liquid with a $5m net worth, although I could be way off.

2) Never posted any results of his own. Only suggested that you're going to mimic his trades. All the cars in the world cannot cover for trading strategy. He either knows what he's doing or not.

3) Absolutely zero reference to strategy, trends or data collation. I have zero part of the forex business, but I know for sure that if you're going to be playing that game, you need to be 100% on top of everything. Why would someone successfully playing the markets give out their recipe for a small fee? It just doesn't make sense.

4) It's a personality purchase. The allure of the the man himself, the lifestyle, the cars, house, girls. Not to say he is fraudulent, but the reason why he's successful was not because of forex.

His entire setup (including the webcam business) seems to be to dangle a huge carrot in front of a desperate crowd, and then work a number of angles in an attempt to extract money from them. From what I've seen of his webcam course, the methods were borderline scam (promising the girls 50/50 but then taking 20% from them because of "tax", which he didn't pay), and this membership echoes something similar.

I have also been fooled by this Tate Forex program fraud. It does not work and you will lose a lot of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE IT!

If you are having a serious problem with a company, you should open your own thread in Scam Alerts and give details.

Why your own thread?

1. If the person who started this thread has their issue resolved, this whole thread will be marked as resolved.

2. Your thread can have a link from your review. This makes your issue more visible.

3. Issues can be different. Having your own thread makes it easier to get advice specific to resolving your issue.

As I thought, he will not do anything about it. He is a crook. Say bye to your rep Tate, this thread blew up. ;) Adio.
