Hello on dated 03/08/2012 i have funded my exness account with 500 usd via moneybookers..After funding my account then unexpectedly moneybookers have limited my account and closed my account without any notice.......

In mean time on using 500 u.s.d i have traded and made few profits of 204.39 USD...After that i have asked for withdraw via moneybookers...Exness pupil have refunded my capital using merchant refund option....Since they used merchant refund option 500 usd capital withdraw send back to moneybookers automatic...

And after that they have made an attempt to transfer the profit 204.39 USD via moneybookers.Since my moneybookers account were limited and closed by moneybookers i cannot receive the fund of 204.39 USD...

And now when i try to ask the exness to transfer 204.39 USD via liberty reserve they keep on rejecting my withdraw saying that funding and withdraw should be same from source.

Since moneybookers have closed my account by automatic(Which is beyond my control)How can exness keep on rejecting my withdraw request saying that funding and withdraw should be same from source.

Someone please help me in getting back 204.39 USD via liberty reserve.

I use Moneybookers very frequently too.
First thing you should do is e-mail support at Moneybookers to find out why they close your account.
I know that for new account, Moneybookers set limits on the amount of money that client can transect within a 60 days period and the only way that you can increase these limits is by verifying your credit card, bank account, etc.
Even then, due to anti-money laundering laws, your money transactions will be limited to a fixed amount over a 60 days period.

I am also a client of Exness for over a year now and I have not encountered many issues with them.
Again, due to anti-money laundering laws (which almost all brokers have to follow), money can only be withdrawn back to the source from where the money came from.
If you used only Moneybookers for funding your account, then you will only be allowed to withdraw funds back to your Moneybookers account.
However, if there really is a problem with your Moneybookers account, and after you have e-mailed and received confirmation from them that your account has really been closed, then you should sent an explanation to Exness Support to see how they can solve the problem.
Alternatively, you can try posting this at Exness forum right here at the FPA where there is a nice Exness Representative who makes his/her rounds regularly and who might be able to help you out.
Go to top right hand side of this page and click on "Reviews & Ratings".....select "Hot! Forex Brokers Reviews"....for quick search, type "Exness.com" at the bottom left hand....and when that pops up at the top, click on that and it will take you to a section dedicated to Exness. Then click on "Click here to join discussion of Exness.com on our forum" and you will be taken to Exness forum where you can post your problem.
Then you just wait for that nice Eness Representative to come along to help you out ;)

1 withdrawal amounting to 500 usd were received via moneybookers since it's were merchant refund moneybookers accept that.....there after my account limited and closed and the second withdraw amounting to 204.39 usd i never received it....

And I have submitted a prof to exness in that it were clearly shown that my moneybookers account closed......And moneybookers say that i cannot re-open the account.

Since moneybookers closed my account (Which is beyond my control).....So only i am requesting exness to send funds via liberty reserve....

Write to Exness customer service/support and explain this to them.
If you have any hard copy from Moneybookers saying your account has indeed been closed, sent a copy of that to Exness as proof of your claim.

As I have mentioned earlier, it would be better for you to post this at Exness forum here at the FPA so that their nice Representative might be able to assist you.

    Dear spnerd,

Considering the fact Moneybookers closed your account that raises questions about authenticity of the used credit card, and according to 14.7 clause of General Business Terms (http://exness-holdings.com/general_business_terms_en.pdf), please use wire transfer for withdrawal to the bank account under your name.

    Best regards,
    Alexander Kovalchuk
