Hello everyone.
I just share a very unpleasant experience that happened a few days.
A few months I used extrasum inc, everything went smoothly. also instant withdrawals. but in the following month my withdrawal was problematic. withdrawal funds are cut but the status fails. and that happened 6 times as many failed and truncated withdrawals. after 1 week the funds are cut back slowly, but it takes extra energy to claim the lost funds via live chat or ticket.
1.Fail withdrawal from Gamm wallet
2.Fail Withdrawal From Self Wallet
after the withdrawal problem that failed to resolve, a new problem appears. They only provide PayPal for withdrawals, but for many deposit methods.
and it doesn't really matter to me. and at the end I tried to withdraw more funds using paypal, this is where a new problem appears.
3.Withdrawal Pending 1 week
I waited 1 week for withdrawals. complaints via live chat and ticket are all the same waiting for confirmation. and a few days ago I finally got a surprising reply, that my account was suspended. by reason of violating the rules.
until now I try to send a ticket for my account problem. but that was all.
4.account trading suspended
5.Total inves Gamm
total lost funds - + $ 13,000
trading account / self trading wallet = + - $ 2000
Gamm inves = $ 10,000
withdrawal is declined = - $ 1000
6. Account status suspended.
That's all my experience. this is a lesson for me to use a truly regulated broker. so we can complain to the authorities.
Once again this is my experience, do not intend to insult or corner the parties concerned.
