It wasn't just panda. There were more than 10 software providers like panda who were all connected. About 150 to 200 brands in total. Many companies had several brands under them.

Scenic route, that is funny. What did the Luxembourg servers play in all of this? Porter was on the same server as Pornhub.

It was too simple, whois.com, found the physical server address for Porter and Googled that address. Tons of porn and gambling sites. Not that I would really know...lol.

Well, I doubt that a fine establishment like Pornhub would be on the same physical server as other websites. What you are more likely to have found is that PornHub share the same data-centre as porter.

GMM has been stopped. They stopped processing new binary transactions about 6 months ago. They had to stay open for 6 months as that is what was required in order to process refunds / chargebacks. They filed for voluntary liquidation a few weeks back. The liquidators are in with them since two weeks ago. I'll let you know when the meeting of creditors is likely to be. I'm still holding out on getting my 10K - If I don't then I aim to harm his new business MegaCharge with smking guns abiut what I had seen before I left.... I don't want to do that, but if I don't get my 10K then I will be heading straight to the Central Bank, Revenue and Office of Corporate Enforcement to blow the whistle on this ****.

I have just received a hand delivered legal cease and desist letter from David Cartu's solicitors asking me to delete my comments from this forum.
I intend to comply with that request, but seeing that there is no delete button, I have had to ask the forum moderators to do this for me - I have had no confirmation back yet.
So now we know that David Cartu reads this forum.
David, we had a signed agreement which you broke. Yes the company is in liquidation, but you could have personally easily afforded to pay me the outstanding payment. You have no idea how much you have hurt me as I was planning on receiving that money and now I am left high and dry. You knew that the consequences of you not paying me were that I would talk.
I will give you 7 days to pay me the outstanding ~10K. If that does not happen, I will be going to the authorities (Central Bank, Revenue, Office of Corporate Enforcement) and will reveal all.
I will not be posting anything about David Cartu, Greymountain or MegaCharge from here on.
