Just Looking Forward For This Case ...

You said binary you said scam

Binary should be dealt in gaming forums, not here...

I agree, but many binary brokers do their best to convince people that casino wagers on currencies is the same as trading forex. Also, many of them are owned by the same parent companies as forex brokers. Maybe these Traders Court cases against them will warn away at least a few potential victims.

You're quite right Pharoah,
they get very defensive if you say they're a casino, which is why i questioned them about that before i joined......"no we are not", shame really, as casinos are more honest than lbinary mind you so are a lot of other criminal organisations.
Hard to believe they scam and stole from me and try to intimidate me? even threatening legal action, how it's all my fault, and whenever i mention the traders concerned who scammed me all i hear from the latest one is "i don't want to hear his name" like it's nothing to do with the company at all.
Offering me a further £10,000 bonus (lol) and giving me back £3000 of my scammed £9315.00 back provided i place a retractment on here says it all.......

Today there are binary slot machines, the way they market it is similar to another gaming companies, it's basically a bet on short term prices which doesn't and can't involve any logic or analysis.

from my experience in forex, whenever a broker starts telling you to invest with them, then it may be the best time not to. i will vote guilty.

This sounds like clear cut fraud.

I'm confused on one point though. How much money did you actually deposit? By reading the description it seemed you deposited $315 and change and then were enticed to make a $9,000 wager. Did you deposit more money at that time?

Here's the thing that struck me the most... It is illegal, certainly against any broker/dealer regulatory rules and regulations to provide guarantees or "insurance" against loss to any customer accounts. If such "insurance" were available the markets would be a zero risk game. If everybody won, where would the funds come from to cover the "winners" who were correctly positioned for the market move?

In any case, even if the broker does finally return the plaintiff's funds, the broker belongs in the fraud file.
