I am new at the forum and in the world of forex so i need some help and advice . I apologize, this is a great forum and you all have a lot of work, but I just do not know who else to ask?

to get to the point

I have some certain doubts in my broker . I apologize that I will not post now which broker it is because I would not want to make them a problem if it turns out I'm wrong. That's why I need your help .

I will give you a couple of examples to see if the things that appear to me on my MT4 platform are normal and often happen in the world of forex ?

On screenshots I marked with the flat red lines SL and TP, the red arrow indicates my entry into the transaction and the red "x" indicates where the transactions are closed by SL .

I have many more examples where there is no price match on the MT 4 platform with the position of Japanese candles and prices on the chart of the MT 4 platform.

I'm asking you whether my suspicions are unfounded and that the problem in these cases is in me and my bad decisions or is there something else here ?

" this could be broker that has a several data points that it gets from third party softver . But it could also be a techincal issue (but not likely) ".

What interests me is, it is possible to work on the MT 4 platform of this broker if it has technical data issues or uses the data and software of some "third party". ?

how should i work on the platform if I do not know the exact price position, if MT 4 terminal data and data from the charts of the same platform do not agree ?!

Please i need some advice i have meeting very soon with managers of this broker and i need to know what to tell them . ( to blame me or them ).

I will set up a couple more screenshots, but on all of them is the same "disagreement" between the data on the MT 4 terminal and the data on the MT 4 chart ?
I have spoken to the managers of this broker several times over the phone and reported this ( and other ) problems, but I always received a reply " we use the standard MT 4 platform and there are no problems" !?

Next month I go to a personal meeting with them (after these holidays) and I just need some kind of opinion/confirmation that the things that appear on my MT 4 platform are normal and something is happening to all who work in the forex or its something what should not appears ?

Unfortunately, I don't see a link or a screenshot about the broker. In general, it's necessary to find out more about it and better yet the name. After that one can draw conclusions.

Some things about this broker are long time ago clear to me .. what I'm currently wondering is it normal for the transaction to be close and that the price on the chart did not touch SL at all ? (somewhere it's a couple of pipes somewhere a few dozen, and there's an example where SL is missing nearly 200 pipes ).

Do these things happen to you on your MT 4 palftorms that the prices on the terminal and chart are so different ?

Do you have examples in your history that your broker closes your transaction as negative ( by SL) and that it is visible in the chart that this price did not reach that level at that moment ?

I expect an explanation from the broker and then I will set everything I have in the section where it needs to be .

what I understand is whatever answer they give me I am in right because it is impossible to work on such a platform where the differences are so obvious.
