I still don't get what they mean by "you were not following the terms and conditions". I was trading the same way at 24 options and it was within terms, they have paid out the profit . Here is different. Maybe they meant to loose money is within the terms and make profit is not in the terms and conditions

b) While he provided us a proof of residence in Guernsey all his trades originate from Poland (IP) which leads us to suspect that the provided proof of residence is a front

c) We have therefore decided to refund the client his full investment and to block the account

Considering that binary brokers operate the same as online casinos, that's a pretty good description of the policy at many of them.

That was only in Topoption a while ago. I was speaking with my brother on the phone and log in just after him. So I guess Topoption could have something to pick on but they haven't.

Mhoptions.com doesn't have anything to pick on. I've made profit there very quickly that's why they made up some excuses.

First I don't know any profitable bot which makes money. All of them which I tried before appeared to be scams
Second using a bot doesn't make sense as mhoptions manipulate prices during trading. Many times what you see is not what the real price is. I know when they do that. When I see that I don't trade unless I know that at the end I win.
Third where is written that you can't use any software or bot?

I did explain but they don't accept the explanation.

They don't seem to bother about FPA. I haven't heard back from them. Another scam company who doesn't pay out the profit
