Problem Octa deposit not credited

I had deposited 1000 usd in octa fx through UPI. They told it will take 24 hours to credit into trading account. But no resolution even after hours days weeks completed. I am locked with their worst service ever. Can anyone help me how to tackle those bastards

first off U gotta show that the transaction went through like the money dipped from Ur account landed in theirs and that the receiver account is actually theirs. bring some evidence.
