• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company
Guessing Damon has lost his voice a bit now. It would be nice if after all the BS he's put me through (and clearly others) he would at least have the decency to respond on here. I took the time to go through his post and answer each point using the facts and nothing more; this thread is an opportunity for you to show the trading world that you are as honest as you say you are. If you have screwed up on this one (which given the false accusation and evident panic, you have) then you would retain some integrity and maybe even some clients by coming on here and doing the right thing publicly. Your silence however is incriminating.
 
Pharoah - what happens next please? Damon is clearly avoiding responding now, there's been no sniff of the profits I've made (anyone else?). How do we progress this through the trader's court please?

Hi

Nothing really happening other than silence from Damon still. Mods are on the case I think, still not holding my breath despite being even more furious than before. Can I appeal to anyone else affected to get in touch with me please?
 
Damon's departure from Pellucid has caused an issue. AsstMod is trying to get a new contact.

Damon has left Pellucid? The founder/owner/director? I guess he's off enjoying all the money he's taken from us on an island somewhere.....
 
Or maybe he found out that having too many partners could have bad consequences.
