Problem Pellucid FX - refusal to pay profit or disclose exact details of alleged breach of terms

I don't have all the details. I do know that opening a brokerage requires some significant start up capital and that more that one founder of a company has found himself out on the street when those who helped fund it decided to stop being silent partners.

In any event, I think if there's not a reply from a new Pellucid rep VERY soon, your case will be moved to Open cases.

I think that PellucidFX must resolve this because otherwise they will not more doing business. If they not resolve then I think that they will bankrupt.

On a personal level I still hold Damon responsible for my stolen profits - he was in charge of the company when the "investigation" (the results of which we were never allowed to hear) took place. Obviously now he has left the company he has no legal obligation - I wonder how much of our profits he took with him when leaving.

He certainly didn't try to help me out Eddiger - his replies to emails asking for further information were as blunt and unhelpful as those from Pellucid direct.

Definitely didn't try to help me! He was outright rude and tried his hardest to shut me up and make me feel worthless.
