I made an withdrawal request on Jan 13th 2012
The company delays sending the money. Let's see how long it takes....

Have a friend contact them and ask about opening an account - see how fast they respond to that email.

They are still claiming to be in Delaware? If so, contact the CFTC and ask them if GIG is properly licensed and registered to be operating in the USA.

CFTC is checking if GIGFX is licensed

I just found out that they are not registered and never operated in USA. The address is wrong.
The good news is that GIGFX has emailed me that tomorrow they will sent a copy on the trasfer of funds.
I pray God to be true! We keep in touch here and I will inform you all when I receive the funds.

Definitely keep everyone informed about this. Brokers suddenly not responding to withdrawal requests is often a sign that the broker is running out of cash.

...or packing up their things and getting ready to close shop...register another broker company in Delaware and start all over again.

Let James know that the FPA is watching this and keep the thread up to date.
