This is a fine example of why traders need to complain and be persistent. Quite a few bad companies will delay people until they give up. Once the complaint goes public and there are signs of possible complaints to regulators, those clients suddenly get around to making those long-overdue payments.
And, if this hadn't worked out, this thread would serve as a permanent warning to others. Right now, it's just a permanent "Be cautious!" warning sign.
