There are so much people how are scammed by them but thy always send emails from a lawyer if thy don't stop with complaining it really crazy thy try to make the people feel thy did something wrong and make them scared

And then file an FPA Traders Court case.

Then call CySec and if they still doesn't send you a proper respond tell them you will file a complaint against CySec through MiFid

So they have sent you a threatening from an Israeli lawyer?

I think you should again contact all the regulatory bodies I have mentioned to you above with this.
