Threads here tend to show up in search engines very quickly. Current rules call for reps to post within 15 days. It took you over 60 days.
The FPA is the only forum I know of with a formal resolution path not just for detailed and complex complaints to the Traders Court, but also for simple one-shot complaints like the one in this thread. The simple resolution process is far from perfect, as admitted in the rules thread. It is designed to be as balanced as possible within the limitations of available resources.
If you would like to discuss ways which could make it more fair to companies without compromising the inherent rights of traders to complain, and sometimes disappear, please go ahead and use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
