www.traders-hideout.com - Delay in withdrawing funds

Is there something wrong with Traders-Hideout.com? A client has been waiting 2 months for a withdrawal and is now told he will have to wait up to 3 weeks for an answer about why Traders Hideout has not sent him his money.

Consumer Protection:

What can the Israel Consumer Council do for me?

Well, quite a lot it seems ...especially the Israel Consumer Council.
Contacting the Israel Consumer Council, as I have done @ http://www.consumers.org.il/category/encontantus , will give a range of service provision. Apart from what particular options are open to me, this gives you the reader an idea of resources available as well,..... Whether its' Israel, or even elsewhere.

This site provides some useful information, and at its' core has 3 main objectives to assist us mere mortals in the face of such adversity:
A. Enforcement and Deterrence
B. Promotion of Consumer Rights
C. Publicity and Education

So for example, under Section A, there are 5 sub headings, two of which are:
1. Dealing with consumers' complains regarding any violation of their rights
2. Assistance in filing consumers' law suits

Quite a simple and universal premise really,........locate, identify and prosecute.

Regards
Gron

p.s. Just to add to that sense of realism - attached is a general area view of the "registered address" of Company H.Q.(Pixel Back,Barnea 448, Eilat,), courtesy of Google. As they say, have a nice day !

Traders Hideout Update:
Like many companies, the privacy of individual(s) who run these companies can lead us through a complex web of 'smoke & mirrors', Traders Hideout is no different.
My most recent update/information from Israel suggests as follows:
1. Pixel-Back Com Telephone Number (Mobile) origin Pay-Pal is 972 527576967 - No secret there of course.
2. Owner of this phone: Mr. Ori Shluh (Alias - Ori, Mike Metheral),and husband of Mrs Mierav TURGEMAN, the registered person for the company "Pixel Back Com Ltd". Let's call this a family affair.
3. Another alias used in communication with Traders Hideout membership some 3 years ago was quote "Mike Merav" (Possibly Mierav). This surname is as close as dam it to his wife's first name MIERAV !
4. Mr Metheral in his Google bio introduces himself as Mike (aka Ori).
5. In a newspaper article by 'Rotem Jackson' dated the 23rd of May 2013 from Eilat, Israel, Uri (maybe translation error and should read Ori) - alias Mike Metheral, Mike Merav, Ori Shluh is seen in his office, a high - tech new office in front of a small airport in Eilat. This move to a new office he in fact confirmed to me during the early part of May 2013. The contents of the article are both revealing, interesting; and a credit to Ori who not only runs this high tech business, but has spent 16 years in this life long project involving the development of an Air Traffic Control smart system to track departures, arrivals and transitions within an airport! To date, this has been a self financed project but with 5 yr costs projected out $25 Million U.S.D.
