Abandoned Complaint - FXOpen are scammers

Proof - they have split into 3 brokers - one for the UK, regulated by the FCA (a serious and reputable financial agency); another for Australia, which is regulated by the ASIC (another very respectable commission); and a third one governed by... THE FINANCIAL COMMISSION (financialcommission.org - an offshore scam, registered in Hong Kong in 2008). If you check it's address in google, you will find at least a dozen other offshore Russian scam sites, registered to it.

Reasoning behind it - they split their traders in to 2 groups - important (from large countries where people know how to protect their own rights) and not-important (people who they could steal from).

Their so called ECN accounts, offered by their "Broker", registered in Nevis are nothing more than market making trading desk accounts (YES THERE IS A TRADING DESK - trading.desk@fxopen.com). What they do is they sell you parts of their orders, and trade AGAINST you, when the market is low volume (after market). Just test them out. Contact them after hours and tell them that your position is near a margin call. IT WILL GET STOPPED OUT EVERY TIME! They have confirmed to me that they have a trading desk.
The idea of ECN is not to have to deal with the SCAMs of most forex brokers - taking small accounts out with all kinds of excuses, by winning points (interest, commissions) when their traders get burned.

I have already filed complaints to Skrill the UK FCA, the Hong Kong police, the Bulgarian FSC.
They have picked the wrong guy to **** with. Everytime I win a trade it's followed by a massive loss during out-of-market hours. And when the stop-out level hits, price always goes the other direction. They actually make profitable trades against you as well as commissions.

SO STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYARS! WHY ELSE WOULD THEY HAVE REGISTERED 3 BROKERS?
WHY ELSE ARE THEY BANNED FROM THE USA MARKET? BECAUSE THEY WERE SUED BY THE CFTC!!!

DO NOT TRADE THROUGH THOSE PEOPLE. BETTER MAKE LARGE DEPOSITS THROUGH REAL ECN BROKERS!

Ellos me han confirmado que tienen una mesa de operaciones.
La idea de la ECN es no tener que lidiar con las estafas de la mayoría de los corredores de la divisa - tomando pequeñas cuentas con todo tipo de excusas, al ganar puntos (intereses, comisiones) cuando sus comerciantes se queman.

Ya he presentado quejas a SKRILL el Reino Unido FCA, la policía de Hong Kong, el FSC búlgara.
Ellos han escogido el tipo equivocado de **** con. Cada vez que gano un comercio es seguido por una pérdida masiva durante las horas fuera del mercado. Y cuando el nivel de parada de salida golpea, el precio siempre va la otra dirección. Que en realidad hacen operaciones rentables en contra de usted, así como las comisiones.

Así que se mantenga alejado de estos LYARS! ¿Por qué si se han registrado 3 AGENTES?
¿Por qué más se están prohibidos en el mercado de EE.UU.? Debido a que fueron demandados por la CFTC !!!

Having multiple legal entities is common practice among brokers - see FXCM, Oanda and ANY other broker that has multiple regulators

This is the common practice among bigger FX market players to run several brokerages under different jurisdictions. As a client from Bulgaria, you are welcome to open and hold the account with any company of your choice.
• Further to you comment regarding USA market – please note that brokers who do not hold NFA license do not accept US clients. Most of the brokers do not hold NFA license by choice and, consequently, do not accept US clients. None of these brokers are banned in USA.
• Regarding the trading losses that you brought up in your comment – we kindly ask you to provide us with your account number and the position IDs of the disputed trades. Please also describe in detail what is the issue and what is your complaint about.
• Please also provide us the proof or the details that led you to conclusion that FXOpen takes the other side of your trades. At this point your accusations are pointless and lack details and proof.

We do not really see how Hong Kong and Bulgarian police are relevant to this, but you are welcome to continue filing complaints with other jurisdictions as well.

Regarding your complaints filed with Hong Kong and Bulgarian police – we cannot comment on this as we do not see how this could be connected to this case.

Moreover, should you be willing to pursue this matter further and possibly take it to court, we suggest you hire experienced professional lawyers in UK or Australia (depending where you are going to file the case).

que diferencia hay entre tener una mesa de operaciones dentro del broker a que la tengan fuera, y/o en su LP? es que el LP no es un dealing desk?
este mundo del FOREX cada día me asombra mas
ECN, MM, STP etc.etc.etc donde esta la diferencia? si es que la tiene
en mi opinión, seguramente errónea, no hay ningún broker de Forex minimamente honesto, cierto que en UK tenemos un par +- decentes, que en un horario de noticias calientes puedes tener un deslizamiento de 200 pips, yo me pregunto en mi ignorancia, porque razón no se mantiene cerrado la operativa en esas horas? la respuesta, no creo que sea necesario ponerla.

Its obvious that failing to provide supporting evidences may lead the case dismiss however it would be better to allow some time before FPA court comes up with their decision.
