    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company
I still don't have any answer from the Compliance department. I'm losing my patience and I'm going to take legal action and present a lawsuit. It's unbeliavable that you have stolen my money and still want to clean up your public image!
Cargo, please give your details and post a copy of the e-mail to their compliance department. I really want IronFX to respond to posts in full but they can't they will just spam about you not providing details. If you do I'll do my best to hound them until they do respond properly.

I posted my personal details in my first post but I repeat them again. My name is Carlos Rodríguez, my account number 21032693. I deposited 10000 but never operated with them and I have been waiting for my money since December 2016. You can see the details in the picture below. I sent several emails to all the possible emails explaining this and filled the form of the offficial complaint through their system and I have received only an email telling me that they have received the complaint and that my reference number is IR20180035.

Why is this thread being ignored? Carogo has been waiting for a withdrawal since December 2016. Any investigation should have been completed in early 2017.
