I think you will have to find and join up with these other unhappy investors that are taking legal action.

“If he knew about UFX’s track record then he should not have appeared in adverts in which he tried to persuade investors that their money was safe.”

The first official warning about UFX came in 2013 when the regulator Autorité des marchés financiers in Quebec cautioned investors about representatives allegedly based in London who claimed that customers could earn profits of as much as 400 per cent.
