Problem Big fraud at avafx.com broker!

Very strange that you had this problem. I am with Ava and my account manager sends me emails 3 times a day with good tips and graphs that I use to my advantage.
My last trade with GBP/JPY sell was in profit when he emailed me saying that it is a buy not a sell so I closed it in profit and if I had stayed in, I would have lost big time.
He said that if I loose, they loose.
I don't understand FX anymore.

I don't know which manager you have responsible for your account, but I never had any contact with mine - he didn't send me mail or anything. It was me who was contacting him and only using live chat. When my case happened they told me to wat for him ONE HOUR - this is professional customore support?
I don't thing any of their managers can suggest you any moves on market as only you are responsible for decisions there.

I think you have to have an account of $10K+ to get their email tips on the major pairs.
I have made some good profits from this. Eric consistently sends me technical graphs and market sentiment news.
Very happy with them. BUT still have to test WD's.

I placed a buy trade with gold and was in profit and while watching it go up, a SELL trade appeared that was not placed by me. I could not close it as the "box" was not highlited.
It only highlited when my trade was negative and I could close it.
These guys are big time trouble.

Assuming it was a real hacking, the 50% offer is nice. On the other hand, the repeated TOTAL FAILURE to provide you with the requested log files would seem to show one of the following:

1. Complete disregard for the trader with no desire to hunt down the culprit.
2. Utter incompetence.
3. Complicity.

Can anyone come up with any other explanations?

I wonder if anyone from Ava will have the nerve to publicly address this issue?

You are no novice in this business. Avafx is one of the BIG brokers. For them, going after 12 000 bucks this way is simply too dumb to be true. It would make financial sense for them ONLY if they wiped out 1000 accounts this way for a gain of millions. If there is " complicity " from within Avafx, it could be only from an individual employee with security access to the account numbers and passwords...but for what profit ? You blow the account...you get nothing...you make a profit and you only made the account holder rich...

Let s stay in the realms of reality here: option 1 and 2 will stay on the table.
