Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Birman Law

This website that you're talking about it sounds like it's another forex trading company or something about their regulations. I couldn't find anything about them helping people to recover money
I wanted to write forexregulator.com Kindly do check this website before any comments. Thank you

I've been in contact with them but i have their legitimacy issue thats why I'm not able to sign up with them to recover my funds. Tried winchargeback and they want me to pay upfront for a lawyer. So nothing seems right. While searching i came in contact with forexregulatory.com. On their website they claim they won't charge anything upfront. Has anyone tried them?
I guess Wincharge wanted you to sign one of their up front plans, right?
What is the legitimacy issue you´re concerned about?
I just found out that recovery could be possible and are scanning the market. One don´t need to get scammed once more right?

Does anyone in this community had success recovering from binary scam? If so any "hard" evidence?

My case is still in the process . But I've spoken on the phone with a client of Wealth recovery international he lives in California he said in six months he got his money back 1.5 million and he recommends them no questions about it. His story is on the paper.

How did you found out about him?

His Story is on the paper but the attorney he used is Haggai Carmon

Ask them specifically how they can go after a Binary Option brokerage that is unregulated / registered as an Offshore company in an obscure jurisdiction. Most of these are registered in the Caribbean.

How are they going to sue them / prove the wrongdoing in a "Western" court.

I find it very suspicious that they claim to be able to do this. Binary Option brokers a money pit. Once you send your funds there, they are likely gone unless you can do a credit card chargeback - and you should.

I have been in FX over 15 years and still don't understand how people can invest in "Binary" Options.

You're correct about the attorney but his case was given to Haggai Carmon by Wealthy Recovery International and they work in conjunction with international lawyers including Birman Law they find a suitable lawyer depending on the case . I first apply with Whealth International Recovery and they transfer my case to Birman Law
