Hi TinRSA, yes I've retained Birman Law to recover my money . I've been with them for nearly three months now . They haven't recovered my money yet but I hope they will . I do understand that every case is different and some take longer then others . Personally I can't say anything bad about them , it took a while for them to reply to my emails at the beginning but now they are communicating with me. You said, you're also thinking of getting them to recover your money and you also said that so far your experience with them has been very good , what do you mean? If you haven't engaged them yet what sort of experience are you talking about. Did you know if your deposits are less then 120 days old you can go for a chargeback? I've learnt my lesson about binary options the hard way never again they're all crooks.Hi Coldfear. I am certainly not trying to "pick" on you. I read through all the posts on this thread and I was only trying to figure out whether or not you have retained Birman Law and your experience. I am also thinking of getting them to help me recovering a this very large amount that a wonderfully manipulative account manager got out of me over time and now has gone deathly quiet with promises of calling "tomorrow, Monday, this afternoon" but it never happens.
It seems that some of the people are on this site only to post negative comments about anybody and anyone that tries to assist with positives are accused of being paid representatives. So far my experience with Birman has been very good and I will be interested in seeing how your case develops. To be honest, I have come to the point of rather getting 70% of my money back instead of zero! I have worked too hard to lose it all. And my advice will be to anyone interested in Binary Options to leave it alone - even the so-called regulated companies are sharks.
Good luck with your case!
