Technically, surgery requires a license in most countries, but an untrained person with a medical book could give it a go. The results probably wouldn't be up to professional standards.

Personally, I'm a great sportsman. I always get the highest scores when playing golf.

The key to making money in forex is to first learn to lose money very very slowly.

Then come to the balanced position. 'Making profit' is the later stage.

We cannot say that anyone can become a successful trader but anyone can enter the forex market for trading. It is not a guarantee that he will make profits as well. For entering forex market, there is no requirement what so ever except the age limit.

Yes, certainly anyone can be a forex trader provided they have the will and strong determination to be a forex trader and they should also gather the forex trading related knowledge to survive in the forex market and make profits.

Honestly, what's the big deal in being a successful forex trader??

Simply have sufficient funds in your account and, based on general analyst consensus, make just one single trade per day.
This way, due to the large account size, there is absolutely no chance of losing.

Judging from some posts here at the FPA and elsewhere, those that lose trading the forex are the wanna-be-traders who wants and expect to make thousands from their USD100 account in a very short period of time.....or are desperate to make a lot of money from borrowed money or money they cannot afford to lose....or plain greedy and don't know when to call it quits when they are ahead and over trading (yours sincerely is guilty as charged on this one).

Being a rock and knowing the rules sure will help, but as it was said previously - don't go for an easy buck here. If you are willing to dedicate yourself for a countless hours of reading, training and swings in mood and balance, then you stand a better chance at making a profit. If not, better find something else.

Entering forex market is not prohibited for anyone as long as he meets the lower limit of age. But making money is not easy for every one to do. A great deal of extensive practice is required to make consistent profit from trading.

If you are willing to dedicate yourself for a countless hours of reading, training and swings in mood and balance, then you stand a better chance at making a profit.
