Problem Cannot get my request of withdrawal at capitalone.forex

i haved talked to my debit card's issuing bank but they told me they cannot do anything about this because i was the one who personally transact with capitalone.. last may 23 Mr Rayan Hassam called me and insisted that i lost my trade.last week i cannot access my trading account because they blocked it when i ask Rayan why i cannot open my mt4 account he gave me another password and when i opened it my account was zero, it turned out that they manipulated my trading account..what a cheater.. what else can we do to stop this broker from cheating and stealing their clients money...

Alright than go to your account history and make snapshot of every trade and ask them who traded behalf of you as your account was disabled that time and if they replied that you traded your self than send them one snap shot of Rayan`s email or chat from where he sent you password (I hope that you received password on email or chat instead of phone).

sorry my reply was reapeated, i can no longer do snapshot on my trade because my account was still disabled after rayan's phone call i was not able to open it again and he only give me my new password through phone.

Hello, you should simply file a complaint to Cysec. He is operating out of Cyprus without being licensed so they should shut him down. This way he will stop scamming people. Also send them his Cyprus residential address so they can track hi. Also contact the Cyprus police.

After you take this action inform Capitaloneforex of your actions and inform them that if you don't receive your funds you will re submit your complaint. Continuous complaint submission will force the regulator to take action.
