Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem CommexFX Prime4x Omari

I am having an issue with a company
From what I hear, the ICF might not even have any money. Cyprus is a bs country where corruption is extreme, your money are all lost in Cyprus.

It's better to complain to the authorities for a chance to get your money back than to do nothing more than complain about the authorities.

Scammers LOVE it when people sit around telling others not to bother to file official complaints.

If you've got an issue with a Cyprus broker not paying money owed to you, only you can file the complaints with CYSEC, the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, etc. To not complain is to say that what happened to you is OK and you don't mind if it happens to other traders.

One should send a complaint to the so called regulators, but I know CySEC does nothing. They are there only for marketing reasons, fake security. I know this as IronFX has stolen $67,357 from me. I'm just one of many others, IronFX has been scamming people for more than 8 months. CySEC and Cyprus is 100% corrupted, do not expect any of your money back. It's gone, simple as that!

Read and follow Cysec's instructions carefully. In addition to a Cysec complaint, they are asking traders who have withdrawal issues to file with the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.

IronFx is so desperate to keep traders from complaining that they claim Cysec is investigating traders, not the company. This is a clear indication that IronFx is getting very worried that Cysec will be testing out it's upgraded regulatory teeth soon.

The same applies to any of Omari's Cysec regulated companies. That "do nothing" regulator already locked down Commex. For clients to not complain would be to help Omari escape justice.

AND, this just in. COMMEXFX.com is DOWN! I guess with the company under Cysec scrutiny and Omari sitting in an Egyptian prison, no one bothered to renew the domain name. Get those Cysec and Financial Ombudsman complaints in fast if you want any shot at getting some money back.

I had an email from a fellow victim in Egypt who had confirmed that Omari, his wife and his partner, Josef, have all been arrested and are in a prison called Torra.

He is going to try, via his lawyer, to get me the contact details of the prosecutor. I'm not sure how the Egyptian legal system works, but I'm hoping there is a way to get some of our money back.

ICF is your only chance. The broker firm has no money, it's all gone.

It would be great if the FPA could get contact info for the prosecutor. AsstModerator has a large number of email addresses of Omari's victims.

Abdel Rahman and his wife still in prison ....... and i tried to complaint to CYSEC several times and sent all documents to prove my account, and finally they do nothing they didn't give me any compensation. Commexfx and CYSEC both are Scams. CYSEC is useless

I'm from Egypt, Abdel Rahman El Omari still in prison for investigation, and he is facing a lot of problems as Egypt Media display the case of stealing millions of dollars from Egyptians and till now refused to return it back
Yes, he is in prison
Due to the Egyptian government fighting to deal in dollars because of the economic crisis, In Egyptian
He said
Customer balances available
He asked the authorities to work to transfer customers' balances
They did not respond to his request
It was not making any judgment sentenced yet
Why he is in prison?
The desire of the Egyptian government only
Because forex activity against the politics of the state bank
He has a large number of Egyptians customers
The Egyptian government does not wish to join clients from Egypt
