Item 10 in their agreement is very broad, but I would sincerely hope that the intent is to protect both the trader and broker from pricing errors, not to allow a broker to take advantage of a pricing error to remove a profitable trade from the trader,

I wonder if anyone from markets.com has the nerve to come here and publicly explain their side of the issue.
