EXNESS Not Pay Full Compensation

    On 10 April 2012 Exness has got their own problems with server for a second time in this year.A lot of traders cannot do anythings that time in a few hour include me to trade till my account got Margin Call when i'm trying to hedging.What im not satisfied is Exness just paid only around 25% from my total capital eventhough i sent the Log Files as the evidence.

    Here i will attach the LOG FILES & E-MAIL from their side.Now i want an opinion from you all what should i do ???

    Contact them again. Re-explain the situation. Ask how they intend to resolve the issue.

    We have checked all the logs on your account regarding the situation on Apr 10, 2012. According to your trading history and tick history we added compensation at the last available prices before possible connection problems. It means that your orders would have closed by Stop-Out if we did not do that. In this situation this decision was the only possible and unbiased based on the facts but not presumptions. Fortunately, your losses became even smaller thanks to our actions. So, no additional compensation will be made.

    Yes Exness has so many problems

    This broker does not have world class servers. Its down most of the time. Even last week it was down again for about 6 hours. I do use EA for my trades and have great losses in such situations. Hope exness upgrade their servers to a better one.

    actually i already know that the EXNESS try to find the best way not to pay out their client in totally.To FOREXPEACEARMY,try you read carefully from EXNESS STATEMENT.It said added compensation at the last availabe prices BEFORE possible connection problems.The question is,I lost my connection & account MC when LOSING CONNECTION,not BEFORE connection problems.So to FOREXPEACEARMY,please tell to traders to aware this broker.The eveidences I already shown above with emails & LOG FILES

    Seem like EXNESS not to pay my full compensation and just silence like that.Im so DISSAPOINTED with this broker:mad:
