If you tell me you were robbed on the street, I can't fill out the police report for you. Victims are the only ones with any standing to file a formal complaint.
Evidence is easy - screenshots of everything in the company's terms and conditions, screenshots and copies of anything related to your deposit, trading, and withdrawal attempts, copies of all correspondence with the company, etc. If the regulators or police need more, they'll ask.
