PEOPLE BEWARE FXCM IS A FRAUD.
Read the article below and find out for yourself. I still experience all that everyday with FXCM. Keeping all my screenshots and I will urge everyone to do that whoever is with FXCM when you can't close a trade or your MT4 is running slow or no connection at all especially during news times.

I knew FXCM got sued but never knew the reasons. Came across this article and found out that I experience all of the allegations in the article everyday. This is an organized crime. Please take screen shots of no connection or when you cant close trades.
 
This is a lawsuit there is no a verdict yet, I suppose we can't get into conclusion without waiting for it.

A question- why would you continue trade with a broker that steals you everyday?

I will not chicken out. I will keep posting my experiences and will keep making money but not add any more of my investment and I dont trade with just one broker so I know some good ones and thats where all my investment will go in the future even the withdrawals from FXCM :)
 
If your complaint's with FXCM is with the MT4 station then look again, this is an issue with MT4. Many brokers who use mt4 show gaping at news times even freezing etc. These issues are there just not being addressed

That's why I checked with our tech support team to find out if any of our other clients on reported similar tech issues to yours. So far no one has. Something to keep in mind is that with the number of clients we have, if there was a tech issue on our end like you're suggesting, then you would most likely have seen at least some other posts on this or other forums mentioning it. As FXCM's representative on online forums, I have checked other forums and like our tech support team I can confirm that so far no one else has report issues similar to those you have experienced today.

That makes me think this could be a local issue affecting the connection between your computer and our servers. I would be happy to arrange a follow up call for you with one of our tech specialists, so they can troubleshoot the setup on your computer. And for the record, FXCM hopes that you continue to trade profitably with us and request withdrawals. In fact, we prefer to have profitable clients, because of the continued trading volume they generate for us.
