I was with James Western for 2 nights where he lost close to 25000 for me. He was working under Maya Doron who doesn't work there anymore. She contacted me after he lost my money and told me to be more careful next time. What a joke this whole company is.

And then someone else will show up, tell you the last person was fired or even executed for criminal conduct, and will offer to get back ALL your money - if you will only deposit some more money first.

If you used a credit card, contact the fraud department at the card's issuing bank. Explain everything and ask about a chargeback. Report back here and tell everyone if the bank is helpful or not.

Yes have given goptions time I am able to get thru to the line from singapore by dialing their number with a prefix 018 also have spoken to them very very nicely

Their number is accessible however no one is picking up the phone they have different departments such as new accounts compliance and general enquires however no answer or picking up of the phone

DOn't believe that they are processing it. I was told the same thing many times but it's just a delay tactic. Just do a credit card chargeback immediately. GOptions is a total scam. They will never pay you.

Delaying until it is too late for a chargeback is very very common. Follow Sofaking's advice.
