This is an official reply of HFX company related to Mr. Najeeb Buyabis case against HFX.
We would like to inform the community that Mr. Najeeb was refunded back by HFX.
All customer requests or complaints shall be first addressed to the HFX Customer Service Department for resolution prior to exposure in this forum. We will investigate each single case and get back to client on time. You can log your request at: support@hfx.com
 
You mean that Mr Najeeb has made a charge back through his card issuer after you threatened him in taking legal actions if he will do so, so it's not exactly you refunded him...
By the way, he already posted the threatening emails you sent him
Stop lying and start be honest with your customers.

Your client reported trying to contact your company on more than one occasion. The FPA's AsstModerator reports inviting HFX to join the discussion on July 1st. Nice of you to finally show up.

BTW - There's another case headed to a vote if no one from HFX bothers to show up.

I look forward to hearing from Najeeb about whether this was a direct payment from HFX or if it was a forced chargeback.

I'm beginning to wonder if "beatLilush" is some sort of hint at masochism. This person seems intend on inviting abuse.

No response at all on whether any money going to Najeeb was properly sent vs. Najeeb forcing it through chargebacks.

No response in either of Turki's threads.

What good is having a forums representative if that person doesn't bother to address issues or answer questions?
