so the decision is out. Robustfx is guilty. what happens next? can i get my money back? Robustfx doesn't seem bothered by the guilty verdict. they don't even bother to contact me. what's can FPA do about it?

If others come in with problems and file cases, they'll end up with an FPA scam finding.

A lot of them ignored the FPA, but went out of business as their client base dried up due to the scam warning and other complaints around the internet.
If you want to take things to a higher level, make sure to complain to econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints. as well as any other regulators who have any possible jurisdiction.
