The document provided by OSCARRA says that Brokercapital.com is illegal, and their license expired at Dec 2014. So, they don't have rights to take money from people as a investment service provider!!! Any one who has been cheated by this brokercapital.com can request charge back for brokercapital.com. That is why they keep silence here, because they don't have right to join talk here.

All you needed to do, was to call up your countrys local Regulation Autoritys, no big deal.
All of these offshore licenses are worth BS, Nada !!!
Anyway, this doesn’t mean positive chargeback , be very careful, let your Law office handle the
matter , consumers get easily whipped out, by giving silly explainations.

It is my personal shame to make such a stupid mistake by trusting them. It is even more embarrassing to post my case here. But, if every body keep silence about their pain got from brokercapital.com, more people will get cheated. I am glad that I found a army here to set things right. Hopefully, I can get my money back.

For success, chargeback procedures need to be initiated quickly, while your funds are still available between the brokers merchant account and the acquiring bank of the payment service provider firm. (weeks/some months due to some kind of credit line acquiring bank/merchant)

Again, this will involve your country’s regulator, also PSP firms need authorization, which they just might not have (more or less belonging to the scam industry ), from there on AML laws might also pop up, and so on….

Generally Banks avoid getting involved in such scams, and will get things right for you, however many victims don’t succeed so easily, and it sure needs Law support.

One of the scam broker from brokercapital.com had sent me a email, and said he moved to a new company, ask me to invest with him. So funny!!! But, I am sure this new company is a scam, too. Please see attached email, and be away from him.

Don't feel embarrassed to post your case here. This FPA, here itself to highlight all such frauds and get advise. After posted my case and start looking at other cases, only then I realized how worst the firms are (they can go to any extent to make you bankrupt).

My charge back from TD is failed. Brokercapital.com provide my ID, driver license, and signature for the transactions. They recorded phone when they call you to say something benefit to them. But they don't provide their license. All the documents I sent to them, because I believe they are regulated broker as what they post on their website, they even have your computer IP as a evidence to support them. But, they use teamview.com do remote control to open trade on my computer. They are very prepared for this kind of claims, they are very experienced to deal with hopeless customers. It is hard to fight with this evil. My bank said it is end for bank now. Sad....
