Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.

Even with a broker that has a bad reputation, it's always a good idea to give them a little bit of time to process a withdrawal.
Personally, I'd suggest moving your funds away from them. Can you be confident that they'll always process other withdrawals later?

after now 3 day I made a 220 USD deposit on this account to start trading again my deposit has never been proceed and when you ask them to check why is it so long they always answer the same stupid answer like a robot saying you must send detais to their finance ****y departement with proof that it's you !!! they are just scamer , thief the biggest of the world do not trade with them it's a bunch of Russia mafia I know I lost this money now when I read all the post down there .
