On my credit card statement appears the name LIBRAFX / SM

This would indicate some sort of merchant bank account under that name. Contact the fraud department your credit card's issuing bank and ask if they can trace the LibraFx/SM charge. Also, explain how the company has disappeared with your money and discuss chargeback options.
