Can I ask what prompted you to trade with them in the first place? 400k seems high. I think you mean 4k? There are binary options brokers out there that actually don't have issues like this, why waste your time on a no name bucket shop that any right minded trader would laugh at. It's so important IMO people spend time educating themselves doing research into these brokers before hand so you don't have to end up here in the first place. So what was the attraction to them to start off with helipilot?

The problem is that people either aren't filing Traders Court cases or else they file and abandon the cases. If people would follow through, NRG would have had a SCAM rating some time back.
