After a long period of contacting and putting pressure on BDB. I've got the amount of money that I want to withdrawal wired into my bank account.

How did you deposit the $500? Bank wire, credit card, or some other method?

Send BDB a link to this thread and ask them to explain what else you need to withdraw your money.

Through out the passed week I wrote on different forums about my experience and one them was seen by BDB. I think because they were under pressure so they unlocked my account, but my previous withdrawal are cancelled. Now I requested another withdrawal and I will reply once I get a reply from them.
