Resolved: Global Prime: Withdrawal denied by AfterPrime

Withdrawals still don't work, cause your new afterprime portal is still buggy as hell. Why are you going live with this, if it doesn't work properly yet? You're dealing with money and trust here. How do you think this affecting the trust your customers will have in afterprime, if the first live market apperance is a giant cluster****?

In regards to the client portal, Afterprime had acknowledged that the new client portal has and will have some minor issues. There is both a live chat or email for immediate issues (such as making a withdraw request). Discord is an alternative channel to get some casual assistance from other experienced members and also AP staff when they are available.

When you submit your new problem report, attach the copy of the live chat transcript.

@ramonvreinaldo can you please provide an update as to when GP or AP paid you? And the date you received your funds?

@Jemook you can also provide some screenshot showing the person was paid (or attempted to be paid); this would be good.
 
My issue has been resolved. Thanks a lot for your support. I have nothing more to complain about.
