RESOLVED - i can't withdrawal from ironfx

hello
my problem with iron start before 45 days my account manager called me and told me that am not allowed to trade with them any more because i open the positions for long time and the company didn't make profit while i did !!!!
so i said ok and try to withdrawal by skrill because i deposit by skrill then he call me again and said no u must withdrawal with wire transfer, i said ok again
and they remove the money from the account then he keep call me every 10 days to tell me that my IBAN is wrong and that's not right i sent them a printed IBAN from my bank and the keep saying its wrong, and they sent the money back to my account, i open a new bank account and ask for a bank transfer again on 09-02-2015 i contact them every day to ask about the delaying and they keep saying your withdrawal is in the queue and today after 5 days they ask me for proof of address
i upload the documents but am sure they will not process it.
i think iron had a big problems on the Swiss National Bank's decision but they keep laying about it and they delaying or declining the withdrawals trying to Buy some time.

I thought IronFX was one of the best brokers, I still do, but I think your experience will definitely put some grey color on their brand. The Swiss Franc did mess up a number of brokers, especially the small-type market makers. Nonetheless, I never thought the impact would be as significant for brokers like IronFX. Hopefully, this is nothing more than just a delay in the process, and hope you get your money back R.D. By the look of things (your statement), it appears they will process it eventually. But you never know. We all saw what happened to Alpari U.k.

Nicholas are you kidding ? Ironfx one of the best ?.... Chf nightmare is not the reason.... if you read my story and other....
problem with them began before that time.....

i hope so, but i dont think they will procees my withdrawal next week they will have another excuse

They seem to have some liquidity issues they have not processed withdrawals for months now. I have spoken with some employees from Ironfx and it looks like the IPO they plan to do on NYSE left them out of money(NYSE did not agree with the China Ironfx Branch , which looks like it was Iron's Cash Cow). If they fail to make the IPO the company will go bankrupt. Please check what happened with IronFX in China.

there should have been counter measures for such incidents, i mean let it be the iron china or what not, just like what master yoda suggested, invite them to this thread and so they would have a chance to explain. i hope you get your money back.

IronFX is not lucky this year, I also thought this broker is good from last year but recent events tell me shouldn't open account with this broker.
