It is with great pleasure that Pacific Option has in fact returned my initial deposit of $5000 USD in 3 separate transactions. The customer service I received and constant communication I received once competent employees were made aware of the situation was absolutely fantastic. I believe they are doing whatever they can do reprimand the incompetent employees that allowed this to happen to the first place. I want to thank Pacific Option for the way they handled my complaints.
