Authorities are not taking actions against the company, I doubt how we got money if we had same situation
Just doing that as we speak Sir
I hope they can give me some good answers what to do next

He is an EU citizen, therefore the regulator must perform an action. It's unlike if he was living out of the EU.

At the end of December I have send some Emails to YourtadeFx
end I got an Email from Max Simon this is the 1st answer I had in 3 months...
And he told me this:
Dear Sir,
We cannot trace your withdrawal request please fill out a new one from our website.
Your current balance is 1324.90 USD.
Best Regards,
I send him an Email back:
[FONT="]I have an error ( attachment) when doing a new withdrawal request
so it has to be in the system it has bin almost 6 months ago
[/FONT]
there was an error of some kind with the system that regged 12 withdrawals at once
and my previous account manager deleted 11 and would send the money to my C&B acc..
Still waiting for the money sinds then this was about 4 months ago
Anyway delete it and I'll do a new WR
Maybe we have to do this over the phone

Johan, sorry to inform you but they are really scam. They have their office in Romania so I know what I am talking about, there is no Youtradefx, just some thieves. I also know this from one of their former employees.
Do not wait for any solution from them, they did this for 3 months the same thing, the only solution is to involve police, hire a lawyer, go to court. In Romania there are already some legal actions against them, we recently joined forces with other 6 clients and hope to really bring them to jail. I will keep you updated but it will take some time (already 1 year since I started).

Sorry to hear that you already waiting for your money for 1 year
that really is unbelievable.....
Its insane to do allot work just to get your money back
When a broker is a scammer or a crook then there should be better rules and faster handling to get your money still within 2 to 3 months tops.
But its a pain to get your money back when the broker is not regulated or don't have any insurances..
The other ting is that there are not a good Step by Step tutorial about the how to, to get your money back
Example
1. Give the broker a change to give your money back
Then the has to be a step by step Tuto how to do this and when this is not working then go to step 2
2. Go to the Regulated agencies where the broker is regulated to
The step by step how to and how to fill in forms and so on
3. Go to the Police
Step by step what you need as evidence to get accepted
4. ETC
Why is it a slow process to get your money back?

When I rob a bank and when I get got then I go to Jail
Why is YouTradeFX still up and running and still steal the money from unknown people?

And then they say you have to be Polite...really..come on
we need a much better and faster approach to get the money back ....
The brokers have to know that they can't start a scam company when they know
that their ass will be kicked when they are not regulated or the company is a fraud
or it has a fake regulation registrations number...
Then we all know that we can deposit money on Brokers that have open their company by the
rules of the state in the Financial sector and that your money is insured in case they get bankrupt
It has to be simple and fast
Maybe its wishful thinking but ...why not
