I'm going to say that if the person is human, most likely acceptable. If zombiefied, well, it would probably be a more simplified grammar, like Ebonics. So for zombies all caps

The some of the very first zombies to specifically want BRAINS!!! also did speak. The grammar was typically correct, for example:

And now you made me hurt myself again! You made me break my hand completely off this time Tina! But I don't care Darlin', because I love you, and you've got to let me EAT YOUR BRAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIINS! WHERE ARE YOU!
