Swiss Allied Brokers - Withdrawal delays/Not responding

Hello,

My experience with sabrokers.com has brought me to this forum. I am hoping to find support here as I am running out of options and patience. I have been trading with them since December 2014 without any major issues and last successful withdrawal was in March 2015 which took two weeks but was communicated with the support team and the head of back office (Ahmad Yacoub).
After additional deposit (April, $15000) and further trading I requested a withdrawal of $2000 on 11.05.2015 but my account was not debited and I have not got any replies to my inquiries to this day. On 25.05.2015 I requested another withdrawal of $7000.

I have sent out numerous emails to backoffice@sabrokers.com, support@sabrokers.com, ahmad.yacoub@sabrokers.com and live/offline support via the website, on multiple occasions and also from a different email starting from 18.05.2015 but have not got a single reply. I also tried to call their company number but it appears to be outdated although it was fine about 4 months ago. The contact page is blank these days https://sabrokers.com/contact-us.

I am in the fourth week of waiting for any response. I also attempted contacting SABrokers representative on this forum (https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/members/113738.html) in hopes to maintain communication private but unfortunately this level of service forces me to refer to third party guidance. Currently I am inquiring with DMCC (local regulator) if this company is legitimate.

I abide by all of their stated rules and I doubt an investigation is in progress (Trading Conditions | Policies from SABrokers DMCC Dubai Regulated, Swiss Allied Forex Brokers) so I guess they are either having major internal issues or simply they do not care. This issue is psychologically draining and limiting my speculative edge.

This is an amazing community and I hope that you guys can help me.

Attached screenshots.

Kind regards,

Alexey

Their homepage is showing as blank when I go there. I can get to some of the pages inside the site from the terms and conditions link you supplied, but a lot of information is blank.

Yea their webpage was a lot more useful a few months ago. I found this though; http://people.bayt.com/ahmad-yacoub-27229951/#activities shows some sort of recent activity from their head of backoffice. I email them every other working day now. I will be heading to their office within a month if this issue does not resolve soon.

Suggestions are welcome. Btc tips for any extra help.

Kind regards,
Alexey

Same here, the HP is blank.

Are they going out of business maybe?

Still being ignored/not respondig 4 weeks

OK so far I found these four profiles for the brokerage:

Ahmad Yacoub (Head of Backoffice)
https://jo.linkedin.com/pub/ahmad-yacoub/b3/568/3ba
http://people.bayt.com/ahmad-yacoub-27229951/
https://www.facebook.com/ahmad.yacoub.750

Tareq Abukhadijeh (Senior Manager)
https://jo.linkedin.com/in/tareqziad
http://people.bayt.com/tareq-abukhadijeh/

Hussam Aly (Dealer & Analyst)
https://eg.linkedin.com/pub/hussam-aly/76/4a4/324
http://people.bayt.com/hossam-ali-21475574/

Mohammad Ahmad (Web developer)
https://plus.google.com/110723242504125905042/about

They are still ignoring my emails. When I tried to add Ahmad Yacoub (Head of Backoffice) on bayt.com he simply blocked me the same day so I attempted to contact him on Facebook. Via the same website I sent a pm to Tareq Abukhadijeh (Senior Manager) asking him to shed some light. Hopefully I do not get blocked by him too.

Wrote to DMCC & DGCX but tomorrow it is weekend in UAE so I guess kick the can until Sunday/Monday...

All in all I feel that they made a withdrawal before so that they can fish for more money.

Got a response from head of back office saying that they are going through internal problems and that my withdrawal will be processed very soon.

I consulted with local authorities on the delays and they recommended I withdraw the full balance and launch an investigation if I do not receive it by next week. Unfortunately I am unable to do that because I can not reach the login page or any other pages for that matter. The website seems completely obsolete at this point in time.

I am leaving here a public record of my balance and recent activity from MT4 because I am unable to access the website. I hope that they are indeed fixing their problems and not packing their stuff.

Awaiting a $9000 deposit in my account.

Having internal problems is not an excuse for a broker to not answer his traders. In fact, the broker must inform the traders and make them aware of these problems and when they will be solved.
The way this broker dealt with you is really worrying, but please invite them to this thread, and leave a 1 start review in the reviews section of this broker. Let's see then if you can get their attention or not.

I went to all possible physical office addresses and leads and basically they had their license terminated this year and banned from conducting business in the GCC due to some illegal activity. I have compiled all the documents and opened a case in the police and court.

How would I find out if my MT4 account is running on a demo instead of real?
