Tickmill has scammed me and drained my account

    I am filing a case against Tickmill broker on Seychelles division for manipulating MT4 platform on their side. This company is fraud. On Tuesday November 27th, I have noticed that 3 of my pending orders 50321139, 50324885, 50325173 for the account # 124466 was not closed despite several attempts made by my EA and the log files records that the message was " can not be closed". I have contacted the support and they said the following:

    Dear Client


    Thanks for your email and the information provided, kindly note that your MT4 account 124466 is a classic account which has markups on spreads ( more info here:https://tickmill.com/accounts/types/classic/) . Can you check your EA’s settings and have in mind the extra markups on spreads for your mt4 account. It could be the case that your EA is taking under consideration Pro account values while in your case those prices will be invalid .

    This is the most absurd respond I got. I knew my account is classic and has mark ups but it has nothing to do with the error message my EA gave that the pending orders could not be closed, this is the problem from their server side and my EA has no fault.

    The next day my whole account got blown up because their sever continued to reject closure of pending orders and as a result, all those orders triggered against my EAs logic and caused huge draw downs on my account resulting my account to be liquidated, here is the log files I sent to them:

    when I sent them message they came back and said this:

    "Dear Client


    Thank you again for your email. It seems the previous issue was not resolved, Your EA is constantly trying to modify / delete pending orders while previous requests were not completed yet and also it doesn’t take under consideration the markups on the classic account . Rest assure that the mentioned “ cannot be closed” message is not something we have control over. Its derived from your EA’s settings. If you have any logs from your side that shows any rejections then please do send them to us"

    Of course I have log files for rejections, it is above and I sent them already. When I counter them, they came back with the more absurd response:

    Dear Client


    Thank you again for your email and apologize for any inconvenience caused and please note that we never interfere with our client’s orders not we are allowed to.

    For your information In general clients can send up to 16 trade requests at the same time. 4 Hand requests and 12 request via MQL4 programs. If that amount is exceeded you will not be able to made any operations.

    As per our discussions also with Metaquotes there seems to be not issues on server side so we would suggest to check your EA’s setting along with the developer of the EA. Would you be kind enough to send us logs from your terminal to investigate this better? Terminal-file-open data folder-logs-pick the relevant date.


    Big lie and deceive, there is no such thing in their terms of agreement and there is no such a thing for 16 trades, there is no thing mentioned on their terms, that's a big lie and joke...

    This company is fraud, I lost $930 for their deceiving practices..

    Here is the Tickmill FPA rep link Tickmill, go ahead and invite him to this thread. If he failed to respond then message me back, I`ll suggest you more effective ways to get your money back.

    Better if someone from the tickmill company can join and explain what was the exact cause however from the last message i have read above seems that this might be an EA cause too. Check your EA as well if you are using any, also many brokers do restrict using EAs i guess.

    Pretty quick rush to judgment here.
    You posted here within 24 hours before sending logs to the broker even?

    I got the following response from the broker after I posted here, it is all the same thing trying to cover up what they did, same text same reasons...I do not have log files as I deleted their platform from my vps, they have the log files but don't show the part which contains a lot rejection to close pending orders...my EA is flawless as it has been operating for many other brokers but this one has made mess with my EA and it is clear that they are at faults..
    Yes, this order they show and many other orders were closed successfully but on that day there were about 25 other pending orders didn't close, the EA tried many times but platform rejected because they did not allow pending orders to be closed, causing it to be triggered later on and drained my account, I consider this a theft.

    Please note that at our initial correspondence to your queries you have responded to us with a confirmation on our investigation quoting you:

    “Thanks for email. That is correct, I have to change settings on my EA, thanks again for reminding me."

    After that you came back to us mentioning that the issue has not been resolved. The relevant department mentioned to you that your MT4 account is a classic account ( markups on spread ) therefore you have to take under consideration the above when adjusting your EA"s settings.

    Regarding a successful deletion on your orders with other brokers, kindly inform us if you also have a markup on spread with the other brokers .

    As we mentioned , different brokers have different trading conditions therefore if spreads for example between brokers are different then your EA wont perform the same among all brokers.

    For example for your trade 50516089 we can see these logs on our side which show a successful deletion of your pending order. Same applies for the rest.

    I don't understand what markups has anything to do with pending orders, pending orders are limit and stop orders where once price reach those levels they get activated and become a market order, what this has anything to do with markups!!!! those orders were already placed as pending with my EA and before price reach those levels my EA tried to close them, but platform didn't allow, they still come back and tell me about markups!!!
