UFX SCAM and foul play

hi just wanted to know is it not possible at all to open a court case for my file ,not too sure what else to do

please I need the link to file a complain to cysec and also on cysec website its says that complain has to be send to CIF quite confusing

Yes, and you already have complained to UFX, your CIF, remember UFX is really Reliant Co. Investments on Cysec's website. It's best you wait a few weeks before submitting your complaint to them. The only hang up is you need a complaint ID to do so from UFX, which by law they do have to provide you with, but they like to try to hide it. You won't get one from compliance, so your best bet is to ask ADAM MILLER for one, as by law they have to provide it.

UFX is already labelled as a Scam by the FPA. That makes it ineligible for new Traders Court cases.

How did your chargeback attempt with the bank go?

Have you considered trying to get a copy of the recordings of the telephone calls between you and your UFX account manager?

Call recordings are an irrefutable proof to support your allegations and help with your complaint or if you are considering joining a class action.

Basically you need to send a formal request to UFX Complaint Officer, who will most likely refuse it, and then you can submit a Concern with the ICO by filling in this form:

I have spoken with the ICO and the more people that complaint about UFX the most likely it is that they will take direct action against them.
