Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

As I wrote today let use the section "Other Investments" of eConsumer.gov. At the end, after the usual essential information, there is a large space window for extensive comments and explanations.

Just filed my complaint with eConsumer.gov. Let's see if this will lead to anything or not.

I also have lodged my complaint with econsumer.gov and Action Fraud now also. Grateful if fellow victims can continue to share news and other leads as appropriate. thanks

Has any others who checked this managed fx company for me. I'm afraid I have already invested and they have given me no reason to worry yet but after reading on this site there is a lot I have checked such as that they have proper risk parameters and commissions only on profits but others i did not.Min entry level is 5000 pounds.

I have been with them since 24th of December 2014. I have spoken to multiple employees on different numbers. They were quite adamant that I provide photo I'd and sign a lpoa which reassured me that they do things right.

However, when can one ever be sure it's not a ponzi scheme without staying with them for 5 to 10 years and withdrawing more than they put in?

Please have a look as soon as you get time and tell me what you think of them?.

Also if anyone has had dealings or knows anything about them please shed some light. I have only invested half what I can comfortably invest as I wanted to see if they deliver on their performance and don't disappear. But how long can you wait as some of the scams went on for several years!

Hi my name is Mike Greening and I was also contacted by John Langdon ,or who ever he is, coaxed me into making a deposit of £500 and then by increments of £500 ,as I have a very sick wife so was lured with those predicted profits ,could buy her a special needs vehicle. However got to £3500 deposits plus profits ,when the plug was pulled and they vanished. To be honest only invested because this organisation banked with Barclays ,as I do and the transfers were immediate ,so felt relatively secure. Personally I have complained to them demanding they take responsibility as they had a duty of care too and should not of opened such an account to anyone or anything dubious . If you invested provide fullest info to Police. I have told others to club together and let us get something done to get our money back and get these crooks locked up along with the sequestration of their assets .

Totally agree Mike. I have registered my complaint with Action Fraud and econsumer.gov. As have others. Each individual victim needs to do is own research and as well we all need to stick together as a group for maximum effect.
For sure the infamous John Langdon (alias) was a brit and seemed to have a history of the financial markets and cold calling, so I wouldn't mind betting he has worked with one of the financial services companies in the past. Their operation was very well run and smooth and compelling which is why we all fell for it and most of us have a great deal of experience. I am wondering what the Chinese connection is also - bank in HK.

I also invested in Noerus after being contact by a Mr Langdon who was also happy for me to deposit the £5000 over a period and not in one lump. However after contacting me while he was on Holiday, they claimed, the minimum investment climbed from £5k to £25k. This I could not afford but again they agreed to spread over the coming year .
However last Friday wanted to check all was still fine but their phone number wasn't working and the web site had vanished.
I think we have been had. They need to find them and lock them up ,while Barclays at The Docklands Leicster need to be made accountable as they gave allowed a Pobzi scheme to operate under their noses while agreeing to the account facilities based on obvious rogue signaturies .

I have been stung by these rogues but to be fare the only reason I invested apart from the predicted returns was because I bank with Barclsys and the mobey transfer was to another Barclays branch in Leicester.
Therefore can all who read this write a letter of complaint to Barclsys in that they slowed Noerus to trade even though they must have noicedvthe massive trail of funds flowing in and out of the Asua account ltd and the had a duty of care to notice that people who bank with them already might be ripped off by putting their money with them. Also they must know who opened the limited company account and would gave had to pass credit checks and ID before being allowed to open a account. Indeed one of my companies has a money laundering licence to take money from clients . So how do they not have to comply also? Please reply

Dear all, as I said in this forum, the only hope to recover our money is to follow the path along the jungle of the banks: the account coordinates of the banks, including in UK, from which the money started their route, are available and well known however, to investigate about the bodies that instructed the next transactions, I wonder it is required an intervention of the Police authorized by the Court. And, for sure, since other bank agencies are involved abroad, the investigations will become a bit more complicated. Nevertheless, all of us and also the Police should take action because, not only there are bandits that have stolen our money, but there is a potential use of such money for criminal acts. I was wondering whether a legal consultant, specialist on such matters, could be contacted to assist our group (now in the range of 20 people on this forum) and follow up the case on our behalf. Do you think such suggestion is workable ? Can FPA (that is hosting this forum) assist us on such proposal ?

I,ve just lost £5000 with this bunch of crooks, They e=mailed me saying there minimum entry sum has been increased from £5000 to £25000 and therefor i was asked to send them a further £20000 ,if this was not affordable they would refund my original £5000, but when i tryed to get my money back.....No chance they have disappeared, gone. I have since informed the fraud squad and given them all the details i have of Nourus Capital..

yes the money trail through the banks is very important. But Banks being Banks will not take any action unless the approach is done from the authorities in a legal fashion. The banks won't react to individuals complaints I would think.
So the essential thing to do as a minimum to begin is to fully report to the relevant official anti Fraud organisation. Most of the Noerus victims on this blog at this stage have reported full details including Noerus bank details to Action Fraud and econsumer.gov. I am sure as time goes by there will be others to contact also. If there is any feedback from any of the contacted agencies that should be communicated to this victims group. It is essential that as early as possible as many victims as possible report so the anti Fraud groups understand the volumes also. In fact it might make sense to get a lawyer to build a case and build a list of as many of us as possible. If anyone has any ideas about that lets discuss.
