Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem forexoma.com brokerage?

I am having an issue with a company
I have exactly the same problem, but I'm from Switzerland! I made a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. As they didn't answer, I opened 3 support tickets, but they didn't reply to them either. Then I tried to withdraw the money through PayPal which usually worked within 1 hour. But they didn't react at all!
The funny thing is, that they always answered very fast in the past. And withdrawal (of small amounts) always worked. But since I made a little bit of money with trading and since i wanted to withdraw a 4-digit amount, they completely disappeared!!!

yup. I saw a review from someone (you it looks like) in Switzerland and that he had the same problem, so I posted a scam post.

Funny thing is that I made $30,000 and they wouldn't let me withdraw $300. That's all I asked. I would file disputes with Paypal if I were you...

Yes that was me. Do you know their adress? Because i wanna do everything to get my money back. I am going to file the case on econsumer.gov. I'm not sure, what I can do with PayPal, like you said.

Yeah I really have no idea if we're going to be able to do much, but we can try and warn others so that the same thing doesn't happen to them. You still have no response from them, huh?

Thanks for the screenshot. No, I still have no response. As I said, they don't reply to my tickets for about 2 weeks now.

Dafox, go ahead and start complaining. Since you are in the USA, add in the NFA and CFTC. If Forexoma accepted US clients, this may very well put them within the CFTC's jurisdiction.

(I love and hate the CFTC - I love them for helping to nail offshore brokers that abuse US traders. I hate them for nailing offshore brokers just for accepting US traders even if no issues have come up.)

Everyone who is having a problem can file a complaint with econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints. in addition to any other agencies.

Sounds good Pharaoh. I'll file with them today. So let's see CFTC, NFA, econsumer.gov, and Paypal. I wonder if any Hong Kong regulatory companies would care... I'll write them too.
