Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

Dear Optionrallysupport,
What about dr Ziad, the man who called me and i agreed to make a duel with him whithin 1 week!? He never called me again!
He told me that he is the DMD of dubai branch, i found that he is just an accounts manager!
What about the maintenance fees ( $400 ) ?
I agreed to make a duel just to give the company a chance to shoe their caring to satisfied their customers.
I am shure that my issue is easy to fixed out, its not complicated issue!
I am waiting you to do something helpful

My account manager just phoned me, he is still trying to let me trade before withdraw! I interrupt him saying don't speak with me before returning the maintenance fees, he said, fine tomorrow morning the $400 will be returned to your account the i will call you back.
He will call me back to convince me trading !
I am no more trust them, i will not make any trades, i need my money back !
Dear optionrally, you promised me 2 weeks ago to send the docs to me to sign them, in order to finishing and approved the withdraw without making trades.
Dear optionrally, please note that i am still waiting an action from you and sending those docs.

Finally optionrally approved my withdraw transaction, my account manager trade within $400 and they approved the rest of the money
